The label placed on the back of the tin or jar must comply with the indications of the “Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora” (CITES)<\/strong>, which is mandatory worldwide for sturgeon roe.<\/p>\n

Those who buy a valuable product such as caviar<\/strong> have the right to be informed, therefore let’s figure out together how to understand the label.<\/p>\n

    HUS = Beluga<\/p>\n

    BAE = Siberiano<\/p>\n

    GUE = Osietra<\/p>\n
